Luana is the founder of a non-profit organization called, Light Endurance. She chooses to reduce waste and help others by using the medals athletes get from races and donates them to Special Needs adults and children. Having a special needs child herself, Luana was always called to do something that gives back. She also re-uses t-shirts to make blankets for homeless and raises money to financially support cancer families.
This year she celebrates her 4th year with her first Ironman Full distance and will be competing in Ironman Arizona in November. "I love being an Active Angel because it’s such an amazing product that is like nothing else out there. Being a busy mom on the go, I live in Active Angelz clothing because it’s so versatile and it makes me feel stylish. The A team is just an added bonus with strong awesome women and amazing coaches from Breakaway Training!" Be sure to follow Luana @lightendurance!
