Faux Mashed Potatoes

Eating a low carb diet is EASY…. Try this yummy alternative!

INGREDIENTS

1 package frozen cauliflower
2 tablespoons skim milk (for low carb, use heavy cream)
1 teaspoon low-sodium instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon butter-flavored salt

DIRECTIONS                                                                                                                          Cook cauliflower as package directs. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. This makes a very low-carb, low-calorie replacement for mashed potatoes.
