No Bake Almond Granola Bars


  • Measuring spoons
  • small bowl
  • small plate


  • 3 tablespoons of raw oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons unroasted almond butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon to taste



Combine all ingredients well until the maple syrup and almond butter have coated the oats well. Press into a small dish and refrigerate
